Refund policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all lash tools and beauty products are final sale.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we're happy to help.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund.
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must provide ( Your order #, clear photos/videos showing the damage or defect ).
- The item must be unused.
If approved, we will
- Send a replacement or issue a refund to the original payment method ( Our choice depending on the situation ).
We DO NOT accept returns or refunds for:
- Used or opened products.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Change of mind or incorrect item ordered.
- Sale, discounted, or promotional items.
- Gift cards ( if applicable )
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier.
All sales are FINAL unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stole packages.
- Please contact your local post office or shipping carrier directly.
- Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not able to issue refunds for packages marked as delivered.

Cancelling An Order
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at andreasabrinaa1@gmail.com
- Orders can only be canceled or changed before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- If the order has already shipped, it will fall under our Return & Refund Policy.

Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 business hours
PLEASE NOTE:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs ( If a return is approved ).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Processing Time & Small Business Notice
Andrea Luxe Lashes is a small, independently owned business and all orders are processed, packed and shipped by me personally.
Because of this:
- Processing times may vary depending on order volume, salon schedule, or travel.
- If I am out of town, unavailable, or not at the salon, orders cannot be packed or shipping immediately.
- Any orders placed during this time will be processed and shipped as soon as I return and resume normal business operations.
- The same applies to in-store / local pickup orders, they will be prepared once I am back at the salon.
I always do my best to ship orders as quickly as possible, but by placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that processing times may be extended due to the nature of this being a small owner-operated business.
